BDS Overview
Our current clients are located along the Gulf Coast in the states of Alabama, Mississippi and in the Florida Panhandle.
We will work with no more than five clients at a time. I try to personally be at each client's location at least once a week. We do more than advise; we work in your business hand in hand with you and your associates.
My most valued knowledge of business is practical and comes from the front lines. I have spent my life in leadership roles in high performing businesses. I am also a lifelong student of business excellence.
We provide our services on a month-to-month basis, for an agreed-upon retainer fee. Our services are guaranteed. If you do not feel that the benefit far exceeded the fee, you owe nothing. We have a high satisfaction record with our clients.

Utilize Process Measurements (Did you follow the procedure?) & Outcome Measurements (Did you deliver the results you wanted?). Doing the job right will generate the desired outcome. Managing the process increases the probability of achieving the desired outcome.

Problems should be made visible quickly… This is done through company "dashboards". Attack the problem, not the people.
